Hello,

I try to give you a view about the Claudio's concert in Havana. Abbado directed the orchestra that interpreted the symphony No.1 in Do Mayor op. 21 and the symphony No.7 the La Mayor op.92. of Beethoven. The interpretation was magnificent, the theatre was full and the public was very concentrated. It seemed to be dancing in the scenario the court of France with the magic music. Claudio was appreciated with a lot of vitality and contaminated with the youth of the musicians (Manler Chamber Orchestra). At the end the spectator had numerous very emotive applauses, time and time again. The orchestra and the director were forced to return to their instruments and to offer another melody fragment. Again many very vigorous and hot applauses. You can already appreciate it in the Abbado face before the reaction of the audience (see enclosed pictures). It was an unforgettable concert. I gives him a bunch of roses on behalf of the CAI Club and Claudio shook hands me.
