First concert in Cuba of Latinamerican Youth Orchestra

Debuts of the orchestra of Latin American Youths in Havana.

Near 150 young musicians under Maestro Claudio Abbado conducting interpreted today in Havana the symphony No.5 of Gustav Mahler and "La Mer" of Claude Debussy.

The interpretation was fantastic. The achievement of an appropriate harmony with young musicians of diverse countries in only 3 weeks, is just work of a genius. In this line, Claudio Abbado is reaffirmed as "Genius". He was very grateful for the publish with his applauses. He was distinguished also with the honorific order to the National Culture that was granted by the Secretary of Culture. In this way his musical and human values was recognized.

The orchestra will meet during the months of January to March of every year. Their probable headquarters will be in Venezuela. They also plan a tour for Europe in 2006. A dream of Abbado became reality, in favour of the peoples who live in the south of the planet. Their noble soul has put once at the service of the peace, the friendship and the globalisation of the solidarity.

Abbado enjoys a very good health for well of the many people whose admire his art. Long live for Abbado who makes us more humans.!!!!!!

La orquesta de Jóvenes Latinoamericanos debuta en La Habana.

Cerca de 150 jóvenes bajo la magistral dirección del Maestro Cludio Abbado interpretaron hoy en La Habana la sinfonía No.5 de Gustav Mahler y "La Mer"
de Claude Debussy.

La interpretación fue fantástica. El logro de una adecuada armonía con músicos jóvenes de países diversos en tan solo 3 semanas de ensayo, es tan solo la obra de un genio. Es así, Claudi Abbado se reafirma como "Genio".
Fue muy reconocido por el publico con sus aplausos. Fue distinguido al finalizar el concierto con la orden a la Cultura Nacional, que fue otorgada por el Ministro de Cultura. Se reconocen sus meritos musicales y humanos.

La orquesta se reunirá durante los meses de enero a marzo de cada año. Su sede probable será en Venezuela. Planean también una gira por Europa para el
2006. Se ha hecho realidad un sueño de Abbado en bien de los que vivimos al sur del planeta. Su noble alma se ha puesto una vez más en favor de la paz, la amistad y la globalización de la solidaridad.
El maestro goza de muy buena salud para bien de los muchos que lo admiramos.
Que viva muchos años quien nos hace a los humanos más humanos.
